2. Minutes: Bob, Approved

3. Past Events: Holiday Auction went well Troop 6 did flag ceremony and demoed auction items. Green Canyon went well had lots of wind, 6 WEBOLOS went with and a bunch of Parents. Capotes 6 were made and 3 gear bags

4. Venturing Report:

 A. Recent Activities: Put 7 month plan together. Went Geo-caching Cedar Butte last November. Bell ringing for Salvation Army

 B. Up Coming Events: Dec 7 Avalanche Training, sometime between Dec 19-30 Snowshoeing & x-country skiing. Jan 27-29 help with OLS at Winteree. Feb down hill skiing. March Kayaking. April Top Gun

 C. Leadership issues: Mostly taken care of. 9 ventures. re-chartering done.

5 Upcoming events:

 A. Dec outing 11-12: Plan to do winteree stuff Location TBA.

 B. Court of Honor Dec 14: Need White Elephant gift $1-$5. Philip to MC. Also talk about sleds for winteree.

 C. Merit Badge Scramble at St Paul Jan-March. Dec 17 deadline for registration.

 D. Map & Compass Course Jan 7

 E. Scout Sunday Feb 12 Pam Chairperson  

6. Quartermaster Report:

 A. Trailer Rebuild: Steel done needs paint and mounted

 B. Closet Clean Out: on going looking good

 C. Tents: One needs replaced. Jovita made motion to replace, Jason seconded, committee approved.

7. Advancement: Bill gone. Darren said a number of Scouts needed to target first class needs

 A. Austen Kutsche Eagle ceremony maybe around Christmas

 B. Calen's Eagle BOR: needs to be done

 C. Other Scouts who are getting close: Need to encourage them to get done.

8. Treasurers Report: Jovita, Checking $3891.96, Savings $2262.77, Scout Store $483.17, Owe Scouts $3293.39 leaving Troop 6 $2861.34

 A. Jared Hinkley will get $419.00 back from his Scout account that he put in himself. The rest fund raising money will stay with the Troop

9. District And Council

 A. Award of Merit Nominations due Jan 12, 2012

 B. District Dinner 2/2/12, Nancy Stewart will MC at Brentwood Stake

 C. Silver Beaver & Hall of Fame Nominations

 D. Cross & Flame: Harlan would like to get the Lutheran equivalent

10. New Business:

 A. Popcorn Sale and leftover Popcorn: Darren will give Jovita the money and sell popcorn at the Court of Honor

 B. Summer Camp- Easton $25 per Scout Due on 1/24/12, will be over 4th of July.

 C. Winteree patch design Seth's idea

 D. Robin will order Chocolate for Show and Sales to help Scout with accounts and saving toward 2013 Jamboree
