For it’s June outing Troop 6 backpacked 6 miles along the Snake River, from the end of the road to Dry Canyon #2.  It rained off and on and the trail was muddy.  We were passed by Troop 414 doing a conditioner for a 50 miler, and 8 dirt bikes.   The guys played a glorious game of Capture the flag and one of the Troop 6 tees is still in the field.

Attending were 11 scouts:  Nick, Matt, Calen, Doug, Michael, Seth, Justin, Brandon, Peter, Taven and Jacob.  Adults were Bob B, Cheryl & Eliott, who came along in his drift boat and hauled out some of the younger scouts gear on Sunday.  The drive was about 80 miles round trip, with no degrees below.  Special thanks go to the Solles who dropped off and picked up and hiked part of the trail.
